I found Diana via Yelp. Diana was prompt in her replies, was very clear with payment, and was beyond nice and helpful during our photos on the beach. She also got us our edited photos back the same week we took them. All around, Diana is amazing. I would recommend her to anyone and will use her again next time we're in Puerto Vallarta.

Diana did an amazing job capturing the beauty of our wedding! She captured the tears and laughter of the day. She is so detailed oriented, from straightening out a bowtie to fixing a strand of hair on my face. Small things like that really make a huge difference. It was very comfortable working with her and she made us feel so relaxed throughout the session. We wanted to take a lot of non-traditional silly wedding photos with my wedding party and guest and Diana was so accepting of that, whereas other photographers might find it weird. She said that the photos would be available in 15 days and wow, she sure kept that promise. With literally 1000 photos, we were so amazed at the speed of delivery. The photos were so natural, not over photoshopped at all. I highly recommend booking Diana Flores for your upcoming events!

Diana and her team were amazing! We had a destination wedding in Puerto Vallarta and Diana was recommended to us by the Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort and Spa. Diana first took our engagement photos for us about 6 months before our wedding when we were in PV visiting with our wedding coordinator. After we saw our engagement photos we knew we made the right choice for the wedding photographer. The photos were gorgeous! She made us feel so comfortable and made it so much fun. Diana help assist us planning our wedding times so we would have the perfect sunset photos on the beach during the cocktail hour. Planning a destination wedding was very overwhelming.. fortunately I was reccomended Diana and her team of professional video and photography. From the moment I messaged her she was very attentive to all of my questions and needs and always replied in a timely manner . She met with me and my husband before the wedding even accommodated to meeting after hours with us to make sure we were on track with our schedule. She helped us plan out getting ready shoots , entrance and exit and the transition overall was very smooth . Diana and her crew were recommended by our wedding planner at the Vidanta Resort in Nuevo Vallarta to photograph and film our wedding. We were delighted with Diana and her team. Diana and her team were great! My husband and I were married this past October and couldn't be more pleased with how our photographs and videos turned out! We were married at the Marriott, who referred us to Diana initially. We then spoke over the phone to discuss our options and met for the first time in person a few days before the wedding for our engagement shoot. Despite the initial coordination being done virtually, we immediately felt at ease with her team as she directed us to locations around town and suggested poses for us as we went along. It is July 4, 2017. My husband and I are in Puerto Vallarta excited to receive our Wedding Album from Diana Flores. We were married in November 2016 at Le Kliff Restaurant & Bar, but had to leave 2 days later, before the album would be ready. Diana offered to ship the album to us, but we chose to wait instead knowing we would be in Puerto Vallarta 7 months later. We trusted Diana completely. Her work and her integrity is second to none. Diana stopped by our condo today and presented the Album in the most beautiful package and may I say that we were and still are in awe of her and her photographic creativity. Diana Flores photography did an amazing job. My husband and I married on March 3rd at Martoca Beach Garden. They captured the beautiful scenery, everyone's smiles and all the fun poses. I can't explain how pleased we are with all of our photos. The only regret I have is not hiring her team for more. Multiple cameras, different angles and the photos were stunning. An outside company hired Diana to photograph an event, but I never received my pictures from that company. Diana went out of her way months later to find my pictures in her collection and send them to me. And they are beautiful! Thank you, Diana, for the pictures, and your dedication to your customers.

I cannot express how pleased I am with Diana photography & video. All their pictures look like they came out of a magazine and the video.. Omg... the video left me speechless!! It was amazing!!! When my husband and I began to search for a photographer to help tell our love story, we searched for an artist. Although we appreciate the currently popular style of over-saturated and high intensity color, we knew it wasn't for us. I knew that I had to work with Diana when I saw her portfolio, she is so versatile and her photos evoke such emotion! And when I explained what we were looking for, she was more than happy to accommodate our desire for light, airy pastel-infused shots of our wedding day. We chose Diana for our photography session after reading great reviews of her work on Trip Advisor. Our family, spread across 3 continents, were reuniting after nearly 4 years. Some of the family hadn't met each other so Diana had quite a challenge to make us feel relaxed to take some natural shots.We couldn't be happier with the results. She was so quick to give us our pictures back it was amazing. We had all of our pictures printed (140 of them+4 big ones) and the video within three days after the wedding! I’m so glad I shopped around and did not go with the hotel’s photographer. I was looking for a photographer who worked well with natural lighting and did not focus so much on cheesy poses. As soon as I saw Diana’s work online I was sold and knew she had to be the one to take my wedding pictures. Best of all was that she was willing to work with my budget. We had our wedding in Puerto Vallarta at the restaurant, Le Kliff. We had all of our details figured out except for our photographer. It was difficult for us to book a photographer long distance not knowing what we were getting, but after sorting through all of our recommendations something drew us to Diana Flores and we couldn’t have been more pleased. It was relatively easy to communicate with her in advance of our arrival to Puerto Vallarta and she made herself available to meet with us prior to our big day to work out the details all the way down to the timing of the sunset. Diana was incredibly professional and she was able to create some great poses while also capturing natural moments which left us with some of the most incredible pictures to remember our special day. Diana had her team are the consummate professionals that were able to capture amazing images while blending in so not to take away from our special event. I was the bride of one of the weddings and I just can’t get over the fact of how beautiful the pictures and wedding DVD turned out! Pictures for me are one fo the most important memories you can take away from the wedding experience because they capture moments that will last a lifetime! All of the pictures turned out amazing and Diana’s entire team made me feel comfortable and made the entire process less stressful. We just celebrated our daughter’s wedding at Villa del Palmar Puerto Vallarta. Fotodiana’s services were amazing, they went above and beyond of what we had expected. The pictures and DVD were awsome. I wanted to share the comment of one of our friends when they watched the DVD. What a production!!! The setting was incredible. Judy particularly enjoyed all the preparation of the bride and groom leading up to the ceremony. Christina was gorgeous!!! my wife couldn’t believe her dress and all of her attendants....and then to pull this all off.....we also loved all the toasting of the couple....that translator for the bridesmaid’s speech was amazing.....boy we got a good laugh watching your son...what a character! My wife loved the mariachi band. Jeff must have really enjoyed himself....I’ll bet he was amazed you guys pulled this thing off like that. Thanks for letting us watch...it was like being there.....whoever collaborated the DVD should be congratulated.....it was really quite professional

We just got married in Puerto Vallarta at Dreams Resort and Spa - our photos are BEAUTIFUL!! We were very happy with Foto Diana. We chose a package where we could keep the high-quality digital images, and we got two CDs worth of pictures! They did a great job capturing the important moments, yet somehow being unobtrusive. This is not photo-journalistic photography (we couldn’t afford that), but they do still capture some moments that are less-posed. My advice is to be as relaxed, and GOOFY, as possible, because then even the poses are less "posed-looking". Diana met us at the airport before we returned to California with our photos and a complementary print. We were very happy with their service, and we would use them again!
